[For course reservations] 100% of the course fee (per person) will be charged from midnight three days prior to your visit.
[If reserving a seat only] A fee of 3,000 yen (per person) will be charged from midnight three days prior to your visit.
■The full fee for changes in the number of people or cancellations on the day will be borne by the customer.
■Total cancellations: Accepted up to 3 days in advance.After that, 100% of the course fee will be charged.If you only reserve a seat, there will be a cancellation fee of 3,000 yen per person.
■In case of change in number of people (course booking): If there are changes for 5 or more people, please make sure to do so 3 days in advance.If there is a change in the number of people (4 people or less), please let us know by 9:00 PM the day before.If the number of people changes beyond the above limit, we may charge you for the number of seats reserved.Also, if you make a reservation for a course and the number of people decreases after 9:00 PM the day before your visit, you will be charged the full cancellation fee.■On busy days, your reservation will be limited to two hours from the time of your reservation.
